Vietnamese Grilled Beef Rolls

Ingredients (A)
10 thin slices of beef, 2 x 3 ¼-inch each
1 Tbsp soya sauce
1 Tbsp fish sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
4 Tbsp garlic minced
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Ingredients (B)
10 pcs carrots cut into matchsticks
10 pcs radish cut into matchsticks
10 spring onions, white part only
To Serve
1 Tbsp veg oil
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Light soya sauce and sliced chillies dip
Method
- Combine (A) and set aside for 20 minutes.
- Place beef slice on cutting board. Place 1 piece each carrot, radish and spring onion in the middle, and roll up.
- Repeat with remaining slices.
- Brush with oil, then grill for 6 minutes total.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds, then serve with soy and chilli dip.
